For more than two decades I have sat across the table from founders chasing their first sanction, promoters re-imagining a stalled plant, and farmer collectives trying to make sustainability pay. The pattern beneath it all is unchanging — clarity beats cleverness, and patient capital follows credible plans.

My work spans finance, agribusiness, infrastructure, sustainability and enterprise development. Through Shiva Consultancy Group I have guided 219+ startups and MSMEs in capital readiness, project planning, restructuring and growth strategies — and have helped institutions design programmes that translate policy into livelihoods.

Beyond the boardroom I think of myself as a wellness thinker — a husband, father of two, and a student of the quiet ethics that hold an enterprise together when markets do not.
